Insurance and adjustment go almost hand in hand. Earlier there was hardly any need for insurance with everyone having relatively stable incomes and a high level of readily available savings. But the times have changed and adjusting to the changed times has evolved to suit the skills of a special few, an entirely new profession called insurance claim adjusters or claim adjusters who investigate an insurance claim . On any given day these people can be seen working long hours at the office, working from home and even on weekends as they often have to make several appointments with their clients and have to accommodate their busy schedules. A high level of technical proficiency required has made this vocation popular amongst the educated youth who can type faster than they can write! On the other hand, increased exposure to a more global environment also enables the youth of today to hone fine PR skills which are also needed to make the client feel comfortable, or at least “claim” to!
